Watsu is a kind of bodywork in warm water, it calms the mind, relaxes the body and opens the heart.
It is a combination of massage, yoga like stretches and point massage.
All of this happens in 35-36 degree warm water and will help the receiever into a deep relaxation.
Waterdance is like watsu bodywork in warm water. Here you will be issued with a noseclip and under the water be guided into various different movements.
